The railing will spell\u00a0WELCOME <\/b>when entering from the street, and\u00a0GOOD BYE<\/b>\u00a0when leaving the park.<\/p>\n
The entire structure will be crafted using the rocaille technique, an 18th-century Romantic method that imitates natural forms and wood through sculpted cement.<\/p>\n
